Product overview
Aluminium casement windows are side-hung on friction stays, opening outward or inward to provide maximum ventilation across the full sash area. The 70mm thermally broken profile system delivers slim sightlines that maximise glazed area and natural light — a key consideration for architects and developers working to Part L building regulations.
The 34mm polyamide thermal break significantly reduces cold bridging and condensation risk. Argon-filled double or triple glazed units achieve U-values as low as 0.7 W/m²K with TGU. Available as single-light, multi-light or combination frames with fixed lights, our casement windows are designed to your exact opening dimensions.
All frames are finished in T5 powder coat in any RAL colour — satin, gloss or matt. Multi-point espagnolette locking with high-end ironmongery is included as standard. CE marked to EN 14351-1. Supplied bespoke with an 8–10 week lead time. We supply to homeowners, builders, architects and developers across London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and Surrey.
A casement window is side-hung and opens outward or inward on a friction stay. A tilt and turn window opens inward at the top for ventilation (tilt) or swings fully inward like a door (turn). Both are available in our thermally broken aluminium range.
Yes — all our casement windows are bespoke to your exact dimensions. Maximum sash width is 1200mm and maximum sash height is 2400mm within the 70mm system. Larger openings can be achieved using multi-light frames with fixed lights.
Yes. Our thermally broken aluminium casement windows achieve U-values of 1.2 W/m²K with double glazing and 0.7 W/m²K with triple glazing — well within current Part L building regulation requirements.
Our standard lead time is 8–10 weeks from order confirmation. We provide CAD design drawings for approval before manufacture.
