Secure inward-tilting ventilation for commercial and residential use
Aluminium bottom-hung windows are hinged at the bottom and tilt inward from the top, providing controlled ventilation that cannot be blown open by wind. This makes them particularly popular for commercial buildings, schools, hospitals and high-rise residential developments where window restrictors are required.
The thermally broken 70mm profile system incorporates a polyamide break to reduce cold bridging. Argon-filled double or triple glazed units achieve U-values as low as 0.7 W/m²K. Available as standalone lights or combined with fixed lights in multi-light frames.
All frames are finished in T5 powder coat in any RAL colour. Friction stays control the tilt angle. CE marked to EN 14351-1. Supplied bespoke to your exact dimensions with an 8–10 week lead time across London, Essex and the South East.
